How many people can we have?
As many as you need. Salon is charged per seat, and the team list shows how many are in use, so what you are paying for is never a surprise.
Do we have to set it up ourselves?
No. Salons are set up by our team at the moment, which is why this starts with a conversation rather than a signup form. We build it with you.
Can different people charge different prices?
Yes. Every service carries a salon price and duration, and any member of the team can have their own. The client sees the right price and length for whoever they book.
Can we control what the team can see?
Yes. Being bookable, managing bookings, taking payment, seeing client contact details, seeing other people's calendars and admin access are all separate switches, per person.
What if someone works across two salons?
They can belong to both and switch between them, without a second account.
