What is Solo?

How much does Solo cost?
Website & Booking System is £30 a month. Everything: website, bookings, payments and marketing in one. Salon is £30 a month per seat. For a team sharing one diary and a front desk. Every plan comes with a 30-day free trial.
How do I switch to Solo from another booking system?
We offer a free transfer service from any system you are currently using. Our team copies over your clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes and consultation forms. It is fully data-protection compliant and will not affect your current system, at no cost and no commitment.
How does the Google SEO setup work?
We help you get set up and ranking in your first 72 hours. We move your data, launch a branded website, connect your Google Business Profile and optimise for local keywords, with weekly masterclasses and step-by-step guides along the way.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Solo is month to month with no card needed to start, no hidden fees, and you can cancel any time. Just starting out? Message us on WhatsApp to see if you qualify for our Starting Out discount.
How does the Starting Out discount work?
It is a reduced rate while you are building your book, and we check whether you qualify when you message us. Two things are worth knowing, because they are the ones people usually read the other way. We count bookings over a rolling 30 days rather than the calendar month, so nothing resets on the 1st. And a booking counts from the day it is made, not the day of the appointment, so a diary that fills up early counts early. Cancellations do not count against you. If you grow past the discount we will tell you before anything changes, and the new rate starts at your next renewal rather than straight away.
What kind of support do I get?
Friendly human support is included on every plan, via WhatsApp, email or in-app chat, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and weekends 9am to 1pm. You also get support in-app to help you set things up.
