FAQ
Questions, answered.
How do clients pay?
You send them a booking link, which opens a simple payment page carrying your business details. They can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Where does the money go?
Into your own Stripe account, typically within five working days of the payment being made. Solo does not hold your money.
What will clients see on their bank statement?
A descriptor you set yourself, usually your business name. It stops the queries and chargebacks that come from an unrecognisable charge.
Can I add a booking fee?
Yes, an optional service fee as a percentage of the treatment total on online bookings. It is off unless you turn it on.
