Yes. These are your clients and your data. Unlike a marketplace, Solo does not own the relationship or market to them behind you.

Do I have to add clients by hand?

You can, but you do not have to. Clients who book through your website are added automatically, and you can add anyone else yourself.

What can I see about a client?

Days since their last booking, total and average spend, loyalty progress, referrals, contact details, notes, past bookings and their consultation forms.

Can I stop someone booking?

Yes. Blocking a client closes online booking for them while keeping their profile and history on file, in case you change your mind.
