Can I take bookings at more than one address?
Yes. Add as many locations as you work from: your own studio, a salon chair you rent, or your clients’ addresses for mobile work. Every treatment can be attached to the locations where you offer it.
How do clients know where to come?
The location is shown when they book, and again on their confirmation and reminder messages by SMS and email, so nobody turns up at the wrong address.
I work from home. Do clients see my address?
Only if you want them to. Turn on Hide full address and your website shows your location name and a short description, like “next to the park”, instead of your street.
Can I charge more for mobile appointments?
Yes. Mobile locations have a travel radius from your postcode and a surcharge for coming out to a client, and treatments can carry a different price per location.
